Came into this session late as there were a lot of people that did not show and empty seats were available.
Came into a discussion of "how to keep up with the technology and learning".

Some responses from the audience:

• We need to participate ourselves in order to mentor.
• School needs to become 24/7 available.
• etoolkit.org - an interactive 2.0 planner
• Presented by 3 former teachers who have developed this toolkit of tools.  How to bring these facts to schoolboards and administrations.

This presentation had the book, "web 2.0 - new tools, new schools"  by Gwen Solomon and Lynne Schrum which I will review later after reading.

Reflections by group:

• How to get decision makers into the rooms.
• You can be proactive by starting small and planting the seeds of change.
• Its about affirmation - reinforce the movers and shakers for inspiration.
• If you keep saying it, eventually someone will eventually agree.

Sorry that I missed the major presentation, but will touch base with their website (which I noticed I have previously visited, but never fully utilized).
