Wordle is quickly becoming my favorite tool for teaching and learning. It is one of the simplest applications to use (copy/paste text into a box and click a button). Extemely easy to embed or link to - conversation starters via teacher blogs and project wikis.
I just came across two great resources to expand my portfolio of uses:
From PeterPappas Blog -Build Literacy Skills with Wordle
and his collaboration with another educator has produced Fifteen Interesting Ways to use Wordle in the Classroom (with tips). A great slide show of ideas.
