I am working with EVO and Webheads08 this winter - so, there may be a lot of new tools coming your way from those wonderful resources. The first one is a new Audio / Video site sponsored by the Michigan State University called Viewpoint.
This free site allows for online recording (just need a mic and/or webcam) as well as for uploads. They have very easy links and embed code available immediately upon saving. I found it easy to use - and also like the format when embedded. I didn't do a video for the blog - but here is some audio.
