Found a new social bookmarking site today that I think really works for teachers - Buzka
You can install the toolbar button, to make bookmarking much easier. When using a Spot of marks - they appear in a frame beside the browsing area. No more clicking back and forth or opening multiple tabs or windows.
Here is a quick example I made for some map sites.
