Just a short time ago, we discussed sending holiday greetings to soldiers. I just got a notice from our Volunteer coordinator for student Valentine Greetings for soldiers. What a great idea - the Red Cross sends these valentines off (military and Red Cross partnerships: http://www.redcross.org/services/afes/0,1082,0_484_,00.html).
Use technology to make some fancy Valentine cards - or as one of our music teachers wrote: "I have my 4-6 grade kids from LCS do musical valentines. We would love to make some to send to the troops". What about posting some podcasts on your webpage with greetings and send the URL via a card from the Red Cross. Our troops deserve our attention!
